-CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES IN THE ORDER MUST BE COMMUNICATED WITHIN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. CHANGES IN ORDERS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED VERBALLY TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

-EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR ANOTHER ITEM/S, AND ALWAYS THE OPTION TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BELOW TERMS.

-EXCHANGES ARE ONLY GRANTED WHEN RETURN POSTMARK IS NO MORE THAN 7 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

-TO EXCHANGE SIMPLY SEND BACK THE ITEM/S WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

- IF THERE IS A SYSTEM GLITCH ON A OVERSOLD ITEM (OUT OF STOCK) WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND THROUGH YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

-WHEN THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED, THE NEW ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED

EXCHANGE SHIPPING INFO:

ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. A RESHIPPING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ORDERS THAT ARE REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR RETURNED DUE TO AN "UN-DELIVERABLE" ADDRESS.

 


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Send us an email through the contact center on our website with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • The item(s) you like to return
  • The date you received the items
  • Reason for return (include pictures/information if necessary)

2. Wait for a response, we first have to accept your return request. Ones we accepted your return, we will send you the address where you can return your item(s) to.

3. Send the item(s) to the given address. Always provide a tracking number to our customer care. Ones we received the item(s), we will send you an email and provide a refund.

You pay for your own return costs.
