How do I make a return or exchange?

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

What items are returnable or exchangeable?

Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees


Can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, if an items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 


Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
