Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you see an item via social media but can not seem to find it anywhere on our website, it is very likely that this item may be sold out and as already been removed from our site. We understand that this can be frustrating but rest assured we do tend to restock our most popular items. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter in the bottom corner or "email me when available" when on the sold out item to be notified promptly of when this item is back available, new items are available, and exclusive sales.
If for any reason your order is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $7.95 shipping and handling fee.
To make a return request send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name, address, phone number, items returning and reason for return within 7 business days of delivery date. Return instructions will be emailed back to you.
