Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
A: To make a return request send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name, address, phone number, items returning and reason for return within 7 business days of delivery date. Return instructions will be emailed back to you.

Q: MY ORDER WAS RETURNED DUE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
A: If for any reason your order is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $6.95 shipping and handling fee.
Q: HOW DO I USE STORE CREDIT OR COUPON CODE?
A: Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem our gift card.
Q: WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition we're sorry! Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
