A: If you see an item via social media but can not seem to find it anywhere on our website, it is very likely that this item may be sold out and as already been removed from our site. We understand that this can be frustrating but rest assured we do tend to restock our most popular items. Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
A: We ship worldwide. Please note international shipping takes about 3-5 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: All orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Once your order is shipped out it will be based on the type of shipping you selected at checkout. Please refer our shipping policy for shipping times. Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays from the shipping carrier.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order has shipped an email will be sent with tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS or UPS.
Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?
A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.
Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
A: To make a return request send an email to info@mozglam.com with your order number, full name, address, phone number, items returning and reason for return within 7 business days of delivery date. Return instructions will be emailed back to you.
Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
A: If after contacting USPS you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@mozglam.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
Q: MY ORDER WAS RETURNED DUE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
A: If for any reason your order is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $6.95 shipping and handling fee.
Q: HOW DO I USE STORE CREDIT OR COUPON CODE?
A: Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem our gift card.
Q: WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Most apparel and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition we're sorry! Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
Q: CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Unfortunately, if an items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
